Run-in with Famous Dave’s BBQ
Ok, I had a major run-in with Famous Dave’s BBQ last night. I’m sooooo bummed. I had been in Wichita all afternoon running around doing some errands, and time was getting away from me. Both of the boys were lifeguarding and I needed to get supper to them. I was running out of time and decided to just stop and pick them both up some BBQ. When I walked in and started looking at that menu and smelling all of those wonderful smells, I WAS TOAST! I talked the waiter into selling me meals off of the lunch menu even though it was after 5pm lol, but who am I fooling? I had BBQ chicken, brisket, baked beans and a corn meal muffin. AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!! I am so disappointed in myself! It is so easy for me to just give up! I am back on game again this morning, going to just have to take it one step at a time.

Never been myself, but we will be going on vacation and my Mother in Law has already told us that is one restaurant she wants to take us to LOL!!! This family vacation is always about food GGGGGrrrr.
I’m really glad to hear you are back on track today, but I can surely understand how the yummy smell of BBQ took over. You’ll do fine, just don’t ever GIVE UP!!

Today is a new day and leave yesterday behind. Did you check the calories what you had did not seem to bad. Remember baby steps take it one meal at a time.

Thanks all……I do have to admit, the BBQ was heavenly! lol. I didn’t check the calories, figure it was out of this world, but I think I am over the guilt so I am just gonna let it go.
